David Simmons is one of London's most respected jewellery makers and diamond mounters. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Professional Goldsmiths, an institute which requires it's members to have proven their work to be of the utmost quality. The Institute of Professional Goldsmiths (I.P.G.) was set up to enhance and promote high standards in the Jewellery trade. To find out more about the I.P.G please click here David's training began in 1969, where he attended Sir John Cass college for Goldsmiths for a period of 3 years, where he went on to serve a 5 year apprenticeship with a top London manufacturer, progressing to Workshop Manager through Training Manager during the 17 years he worked here. David then went on to work for a top jewellers in Canterbury, Kent designing and manufacturing quality pieces for the rich and famous! In 1997, David decided it was time to go solo and open his own shop. He has never looked back since. Such is the quality of his work, that often, the pieces you will see in famous London Bond Street stores have been designed and manufactured by David himself!  David's commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none, and each individual piece of bespoke jewellery receives his full attention, customers can design their own pieces or let David come up with a design, purposely for them. No two designs are ever the same, ensuring you have that extra special individuality from your hand crafted jewels. Each piece comes in it's own special box along with an insurance valuation.
